Cancellation Policy

In case you need to cancel the session, please give a 24-hour notice. Sessions cancelled 24 hours prior to the call can be fully refunded. If you miss a call without contacting me a day in advance, this is considered a missed session and a full booking fee will be charged. If you arrive late for your session, I will do my best to give you a the hour-long time slot but please bear in mind this may not be possible and your full booking fee will stand.
